Your personalised @tockly.net sender is reserved when your membership is activated—no email connection required. SMS messages are billed separately at NZ$0.20 each for New Zealand destinations; other destination rates are shown before SMS is enabled.

Jobs and quotes
Record jobs, prepare quotes and create invoice drafts from accepted work. Your plan’s invoice allowance applies.
Payments
Record part payments and credits. Offer online payment after connecting and completing Stripe onboarding; payment-processing fees apply.
Supplier bills and cashflow
Record supplier bills and payments, and review sales, costs and cashflow from the records you enter.
Customer responses
Customers can report payment, promise payment or query an invoice using the links in a reminder. Responses pause routine follow-up for review.
Accounting software subscriptions and payment-processing fees are separate. Tockly Equine, TocklyVet and TocklyTime have their own subscriptions.
Capture and Dictate limits
Capture accepts photos up to 8 MB each. Dictate accepts recordings up to 10 MB and transcripts up to 12,000 characters. Each tool allows up to 12 processing requests per minute per account. Your plan’s invoice allowance applies when you create invoices from drafts.
