Use your personalised sender across an email and SMS collection workflow. After the one-month free period, 50 SMS messages are included each month, with additional SMS to New Zealand destinations charged at NZ$0.20 each. SMS sent during the free period are charged at the applicable usage rate. Other destination rates will be shown before SMS is enabled.

Accounting connections

Jobs and quotes

Record jobs, prepare quotes and create invoice drafts from accepted work. Your plan’s invoice allowance applies.

Customer responses

Customers can report payment, promise payment or query an invoice using the links in a reminder. Responses pause routine follow-up for review.

Accounting software subscriptions and payment-processing fees are separate. Tockly Equine, TocklyVet and TocklyTime have their own subscriptions.

Capture and Dictate limits

Capture accepts photos up to 8 MB each. Dictate accepts recordings up to 10 MB and transcripts up to 12,000 characters. Each tool allows up to 12 processing requests per minute per account. Your plan’s invoice allowance applies when you create invoices from drafts.
